By using GigSpace, you agree to the following terms.

1. Platform Overview

GigSpace provides a platform for artists to create, host, and sell access to live online gigs. GigSpace is not the performer and does not create or control the content of performances.

2. Artist Responsibility

Artists are fully responsible for the content of their performance. By submitting a gig, you confirm that you have the rights to perform and stream all content included in your show.

3. Approval of Gigs

GigSpace reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any gig submission to ensure the platform remains safe and appropriate.

4. Payments

Artists receive 80% of ticket sales. GigSpace retains 20% as a platform fee to cover hosting, ticketing, and platform costs.

5. Refunds

All ticket sales are final unless a gig is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, refunds may be issued at GigSpace’s discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

GigSpace is not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or the quality of performances. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

GigSpace may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
